1. Prepare the Modules:
Ensure all battery modules are powered o before beginning the installation.
Identify the CANbus ports on each GC2 battery module.
2. Connect the Cable:
Plug one end of the CANbus cable into the CAN port of the rst GC2 module.
Connect the other end of the cable to the CAN port on the adjacent module.
3. Repeat for Additional Modules:
If connecting multiple batteries, repeat the process with additional CANbus cables to link
all modules in the system.
4. Verify Connections:
Ensure all connections are secure and the cable is routed safely to avoid pinching or
damage.
5. Power On the System:
Turn on the battery modules and verify communication through the system’s BMS or
monitoring software.

Inspect Regularly: Check the cable and connectors periodically for wear, damage, or loose connections.
Avoid Excess Tension: Ensure the cable is not stretched or under strain to maintain optimal performance.
Protect from Damage: Route the cable to avoid sharp edges, heat sources, or areas prone to impact.
Clean Connectors: Use a soft cloth to clean the connectors if they become dirty or corroded.
